Udah lama bgt ga upload ini blog… eventhough I doubt whether there’s anybody out there willing to read my thoughts as written here…
Banyak kejadian sedih akhir2 ini… hotel gw kerja dibeli pihak laen, dari group laen, and they come with their own management team (hence, they fired almost all of our management personnel).
Yup, hari2 pertama di tangan owner terbaru ini, 10 orang langsung rontok direplace. Minggu2 berikutnya, giliran 2 colleagues gw dari Turki mesti angkat kaki jg. Dan ini lebih sedih, karena mereka lebih cenderung dipaksa pergi (Thay, Mehmet, if you ever read this, I really think that it’s not entirely your mistake that you guys had to leave…all the best for you two, guys, wherever you are now).
Gw sempet pusing jg, optionnya antara 2 hal:
either gw cabut dari sini, file request transfer ke tempat laen, atau
gw dipertahanin management
Dan setelah terkatung2 antara iya dan engga selama beberapa minggu, akhirnya gw stay disini. Most likely karena mereka kekurangan orang lagi, dan to hire somebody to do my shift/task, it will cost them a lot of money. A great one.
Lega? Jelas… karena gw sempet mikir, kalo gw mesti transfer ke tempat laen, gw mesti mikirin transport ke tempat baru tadi. Iya kalo deket2. Lah kalo ternyata dapet di West Coast? Jauh aja bo’
